职位描述:
供应链计划经理
Responsibilities:
1. Review MRP report base on Work Order demand;
2. ECN Management and follow up and BOM analysis;
3. Execute Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Action Report base on MRP;
4. Monitor and expedite PO delivery on time to meet Production demand and Sales demand;
5. Communication between supplier and QA / IQC to resolve defective claims;
6. Expedite RTV to supplier / problem materials within targeted time frame;
7. Expedite E&O closure with Supplier or Program Management;
8. Manage Sub-contract manufacturing material and delivery status;
9. Responsible on the Slow & Obsolete Inventory and control of inventory cost;
10. Implement Vendor Managed Inventory Program;
11. New Purchase price implementation;
12. Analyze material transactions and consumption;
13. Publish projected shortage report and escalate problematic parts;
14. Monitor suppliers’ delivery and service performance.
Requirements:
1.5-10 years experience in Supply Chain Management (Material planning and purchasing);
2. Able to manage Material planning and order placement;
3. Hands on knowledge on MRP system ( Paradigm or other system);
4. Able to communicate (spoken and written) in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
5. High integrity and able to promote transparency;
6. Able to manage a sizable team;
7. A team player;
8. Sourcing knowledge will be an advantage.
