职位描述:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to the Business Unit Manager for day to day management and to the Global Program manager for functional leadership.
Co-ordinate planning activities & resource on specific program. Determine the individual needs of the customer's program & allow the development functions to have information guidelines In collaboration with Customer & plant program manager to maintain program alignment

Work with Director in business development.
Work with Technical Design, Technology and Tooling resources to support ESI activities, work with Customer teams to agree schedule and technology/tooling constraints Propose supply chain & take ownership for elements of the supply chain.
Manage all schedules and co-ordinate reporting communications with Customer development teams Support cost reduction roadmap.
