职位描述:

Key Result Areas
1.To help grow the USA customer base,the Job holder must ensure proper upfront preparation is completed with team members prior to buyers meetings.A complete analysis of current vendor matrix,product assortment is reviewed.A strategic plan is established to develop current vendors while introducing new suppliers。
2.Develop and source new items in order to raise buyers interest and maintain competitiveness.Challenge vendors to develop presentation samples and initial pricing for meetings.
3.Highly involve in product development and samples follow up.Work closely with suppliers to sharpen prices by reengineering items to hit target prices.
4.Proactively deal with the US office in product development and sourcing process,keeping good relationship with buyers and vendors.
5.Handle sample pre-check and QE/QA coordination until order placement.
6.Work very closely with QE/QA team to review all USA legal product requirements dictated by Consumer Products Safety Act.
7.Keep abreast of market trend by visiting suppliers.Attend trade shows when possible.
8.Familiar with south China(Guangdong Province)and develop relationship with key US manufactures in upholstered,accent furniture and lighting business.
9.Strive for 100%on time delivery.

Requirements
Diploma in merchandising or 10 years of similar product categories.Important to have worked with US retailers.
Proficiency in MS Outlook,MS Words,Excel,PowerPoint and Adobe AcrobatExcellent communication skills in English,Mandarin and Cantonese(written and spoken)Sales and customer service orientedFlexible and creative/innovativeAbility to meet tight schedule&be a team player
