Key　Result　Areas1.Work　closely　with　merchandising　team　to　collect　and　manage　all　product　details.Organize　product　details　into　Allegro/B2B　system（product　details　include：pricing，product　spec，customer　requirements　of　packaging，inspection　dates，etc）。2.Guided　by　supervisor　learn　and　understand　customer　product　standards.Communicate　customer　details　to　suppliers　so　that　they　understand　the　requirements　and　upload　the　data　into　the　Otto　systems.3.Assist　merchandising　team　in　sample　pre-check　and　quality　coordination　until　order　placement　is　complete　and　delivery　is　confirmed.4.Work　to　collect　and　prepare　samples　for　buyers　meetings.
RequirementsPost　secondary　educated，preferably　in　merchandising1-2　years　working　experienceProficiency　in　MS　Outlook，MS　Words，Excel，PowerPoint　and　Adobe　AcrobatExcellent　communication　skills　in　English，Mandarin　and　Cantonese（written　and　spoken）Highly　detail　oriented　and　follow　up　skills
