Position Requirements and Qualifications:
A. Education and Training: Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, required. Masters degree and/or project management certification (e. G., PMP) preferred. English at least business level. Business level Japanese also preferred, but not essential.
B. Experience: A minimum of 5 years or approximately 4500 hours managing IT projects in a matrix environment, involving direct control of schedule, budget and scope.
C. Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of standard software development and PMBOK-based project management methodologies required. Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, and communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office applications required. Project management certification (e. G., PMP) preferred.
