职位描述:
主要职责:
--发现并发展管辖范围内的业务机会,完成负责地区血培养产品的季度和年度销售目标
--建立、发展及维护重点客户关系
--收集市场信息并及时反馈给公司
--完成季度、年度销售预测及相关销售报告,确保信息和报告的准确率
--与其他相关部门建立有效的沟通,并建立紧密的合作关系
职位要求:
--本科学历,医学相关专业毕业
--2年以上医疗行业销售经验
--良好的继续学习能力和沟通能力
--熟练应用Microsoft 软件 (word, excel, PowerPoint)
--良好的幻灯片讲解能力
Responsibilities
--Work closely with marketing team and product team to implement Clinical marketing education program
--Follow the marketing activities accordingly
--Key account management to maintain BD’s key customers
--Maintain the KOLs network and Key accounts relationship with marketing team and technical team to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
--Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in medical, medicine and scientific discipline required.
--At least 2+ years related relevant experience, preferably selling instrument.
--Very strong self-learning competency
--Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, potential clients and business partners
--Be proficient in computer software (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
--Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
--The ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
--Good track record of successful sales experience in life-science market.
