职位描述:
Position Title：General Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities：
•Ensure contracts for all long-term services and non-raw materials.
•TO make sure that all purchasing procedures are being followed C especially the selection of vendors.
•Report monthly all deviations from standard purchasing procedures.
•Monitor and develop new vendors outside Dalian
•Oversee all expansion project purchasing
Requirements：
•4-year university degree preferred
•2 years management of 4 C 5 people preferred
•Good English skills（reading，writing and speaking）
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Experience with legal contracts
•Time management skills
Position Title：Raw Material Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities：
•Search and develop new sources of raw material supplies in China
•Ensure purchasing contract terms as negotiated
•Reporting the management of company monthly，tracking all raw material costs against last year trends
•Establish and maintain the evaluation record of alternative suppliers
Requirements：
•At least bachelor degree，technology background preferred，finance background secondary
•4 years of managerial experience
•Understanding of compounding and organic chemistry
•Good written，speaking and reading English skills
•Computer spreadsheet literate
•Communication and management skills
