职责：
公关部日常管理。
协助客户群总监完成公关业务拓展工作。
策划、监督并管理公关项目。
建立、维护并更新公关基础体系，包括：媒体数据库、媒体资料、公关项目档案等。
公关部发展计划和建议。
监督客户经理撰写媒体稿件，包括：新闻稿、深度稿、产品介绍、媒体问答等。
核心媒体关系强化。
日常客户服务。
客户服务团队管理与培训。
项目成本控制。
Responsibilities
Manage PR Dept.
Assist Group Account Director on business development in PR field.
Plan，supervise and manage PR project.
Build up，maintain and dynamic PR fundamental system，including：media database，media profile，project filing，etc.
Plan＆suggest on the development of PR Dept.
Supervise on media write-up preparation，including：press release，feature，product guideline，media Q＆A，etc.
Core media relationship enhancement.
Key account service and in-account business development
Financial control of PR project
Requirements
6＋years working experience specifically in international PR agencies or leading local PR agencies. At least 2＋years experience in Senior Account Manager or above position. Proven record of team leadership is preferred. 3＋years experience in serving international automotive brand is critical to win the position.
Bachelor degree or above majored in journalism，Chinese，marketing，advertising，communications or PR. Economy，finance，automotive or healthcare background is preferred.
Experience in serving MNC is must.
Experience in automotive，healthcare，luxury or finance is preferred.
Well-trained in account service＆media relationship management，with good interpersonal skills.
Good relationship with mass media，vertical media nationwide，and be aware of media operation of different categories. Being aware of automotive media and keeping good relationship with editor-in-chief or equivalent of auto media will be critical to win the position.
Sound knowledge＆experience in market research，marketing strategy＆brand management is must. Being aware of auto brand development is critical to win the position.
Calibre in strategic planning，team leadership and on-site controlling.
Good team player.
Fluent in spoken＆written English.
Self-motivated，integrity，and result-oriented.
Can work under huge pressure.
Be good at using Microsoft Office，including：Word，Excel，and PowerPoint.
Good bilingual presentation skills.
Fast breakthrough self-barriers，and be a good learner.
