-大学专科以上学历
-拥有五年以上现场执行和管理经验
-丰富的AVL、舞美、会展搭建经验
-组织能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、临场应变能力、现场管理能力优秀

Responsibilities：
-Support　and　assist　the　plans　and　quality　management　of　all　the　projects　being　implemented
-Support　and　assist　the　implementation　of　those　Beijing　and　Guangzhou　projects　in　East　China　and　Central　China

Requirements：
-College　degree　or　above
-A　minimum　of　5　years　experience　of　on-site　implement　and　management
-Rich　AVL，stage　design，and　exhibition　building
-Good　organization　and　communication　skills，good　logic　thought　ability，flexibility　and　excellent　command　of　on-site　management
-Ability　to　withstand　work　pressure
-Active　work　attitude　and　strong　ambition
