Major　Responsibilities：Program　Planning（ensure　the　most　efficient　way　to　fulfill　the　required　production　volume　in　accordance　of　production　capacity.Determine　the　production　volumes，shift　patterns，operating　hours　and　inventory　levels　for　engine　assembly，machining　and　dispatch.Keep　close　contact　with　all　interface　partners　in　the　car　plant　to　react　quickly　on　any　changes　of　customers　needs）。Communication　both　internally　and　externally（Informs　the　whole　plant　management　about　production　results，deviations　from　planned　production；arranges　production　plan，schedule　and　catch-up　plans　in　case　of　deviations　to　the　plan）。Evaluates　with　all　technologies　their　capacities　of　production（shift-models，daily/weekly　output，availabilty，shut-down　requests，restrictions）System　input（full　understanding　of　all　functions　of　the　systems　necessary　and　used　for　program　planning　within　the　BMW　Group）。
Qualifications：Bachelor　degree　or　above，major　business　administration　or　engineering　related.Thorough　understanding　of　business　targets　and　objectives.Highly　developed　communication　skills.Awareness　of　health，safety　and　environmental　issues　relevant　to　the　area　of　responsibility.Experience　of　working　both　cross-function　and　internationally.English　proficiency，German　is　of　advantage.
