Major Responsibilities
- Project Management (to manage projects by BMW Group standards assuring the right documentation,
Target definition, milestone concept, list of open point management, etc.)
- Team Management (to allocate and combine the necessary resources in order to achive the project goal;
To act as project team leader from the kick-off until the project finalization)
- Documentation (to assure that all required data is properly documented;To run a lessons learned
Process in order to improve further activities)
- Business case calcualation (to evaluate proposed projects strategic and budget wise and to priorize
Activites based on a business case)
- Budget management (to calculate and manage the budget of the project)
Qualifications
- University degree / graduated in engineering (automotive/engine)
- Project management skills
- Thorough understanding of engine components
- Very strong developed communication skills
- Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
- Experience of working both cross-function and internationally
- English and German language skills
