Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for a comprehensive range of budgetary and fiscal analyses aimed for IT budget planningPreparing and reviewing business plans to determine resources needed in coming years，controlling and monitoring cost plans for yearly projects and forecast costs of ongoing IT operation and projects. Design and maintain ITPM English and Chinese intranet website Identify and research policy development that involves any aspect of IT department. Regular assess internal IT Operation basing on ITSM standards
QualificationBachelor degree or above，majored in computer science or a business systems-related subject. More than 4-year working experiences in business development and management using structured methods，especially working experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment with relevant IT business knowledge will be a plus. Capability in project management，business analysis，budget analysis，numerical demonstration skills，accounting and fiscal managementDetailed knowledge of key business process streams such as：quality management，procurement，Finance and ControllingProcess skills：IT Business Planning，Development and Maintenance，ITPM/ITIL/ASAP methodology. Proficient English，German would be an advantageStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear，accurate and attractive presentation of data
