PURPOSE：
Need a highly motivated individual with the capability to build internal relationships＆develop regional NPP Sourcing and supply base strategies for our ASIA Region.The position will take part in developing world class processes to effectively control spend in the facilities commodity and scale to support anticipated growth along with the corporation.This position will interact with NPP Commodity Leads and other regional leads（Facilities）to ensure consistency and execution of strategies and procedures.
To assist the Corporate Property Management Team in the standardization of infrastructure equipment/services，develop and manage OEM supply chain relationships，and drive further site cost reductions across the Flextronics portfolio through Supply Chain consolidation and development of cost effective spare parts channels.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES：
Responsible for supporting NPP Sourcing and supply base management strategies，policies and contracts for Asia.Spend categories could include Electrical，HVAC，Data Room，Air/Vacuum Systems，Fire Protection，Systems/Control，Building Envelope，Furniture and Fixtures（excludes actual building leases）
*Provide facilities engineering and procurement support for Asia region
*Provide training and guidance to site personnel in the preparation of capital requests for facilities infrastructure
*Provide guidance，direction and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex estimating and/or procurement assignments.
*Work with site facilities managers to develop the scope of work for contractors to optimize projects costs by implementing approved quotation process
*Accumulate，evaluate and document historical cost data and construction procedures and methods in order to maintain current estimating standards and databases.
*Enforce Supplier Compliance
*Provide monthly spend and savings reports
*Address sourcing issues and escalations for the Asia region
*Work closely with regional leadership to develop strategies that will drive synergy savings
*Identify business trends and develop appropriate recommendations and strategies
*Implement processes to reduce cost and optimize the site satisfaction
*Support or implement category/commodity councils as appropriate
*Develops regional specific strategies and policies where necessary.
*Utilize internal systems including E-Sourcing to perform project activity updates and Agreement approvals
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
REQUIRED Basic Qualifications（must have skills）：
Five（5）years experience in estimating，design engineering or construction management for industrial（MFG）building construction.
Must have a clear understanding of，and ability to work with engineering drawings and specifications
BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology，or college degree in Engineering and/or Business Management with three（3）years experience in estimating，design engineering or construction management.
Working knowledge of all facets of construction including mechanical systems（HVAC，air compressors，vacuum pumps，gensets），electrical systems（high，medium and low voltage），lighting，building automation and controls（building management，access control，CCTV，fire control）。
Excellent oral and written skills
3-5 years supply chain and/or sourcing experience including pricing and contract terms negotiations
PREFERRED Qualifications（nice to have skills）：
MBA，CPM，APICS
Skilled at concise RFX/RFP writing
Education or Training：
Must have Bachelors or Advanced Degree in general business，supply chain management or engineering.
Need multiple talent background.Engineering and sourcing background.
