SMI------drive campus SMI negotiation
Drive Payment term improvement
Drive Delivery term improvement
Drive on-going cost reduction opportunity and continuity of supply
Supplier base Management-SRS＆YP
Supplier selection/proposal after thorough investigation and comparison
Dedicated Resource to the specific product/Commodity from Materials Perspective
Improve Time-to-Market
Headcount and resource allocation management
Quarterly performance evaluation/Annual review
Commodity Trend Guide
ECO Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree of Business Management or Engineering.
Knowledge＆Skills
Commodity Knowledge
Problem Solving＆Analytical Skill
Negotiation Skill
Pricing（Freight/Logistics/Commodity）
Human resource management
Knowledge in sourcing，selection and supplier qualification would be required.
Fluent in English and Chinese
Personal Attributes
Attention to Detail
Good follow-up
Strong Determination to resolve issues
Have strong team building and presentation skills
Experience
In depth understanding of Materials Supply Chain Management as well as ERP and SMI concept and implementation
Supply base knowledge of South China would be an added advantage
Should have a background in an EMS and understand industry market-segment strategies
New Product Introduction would be an added advantage
New Supplier Qualification would be an added advantage
