Job Description：
On site perform PPAP buy off at EVT＆DVT Stage to meet VPT component spec；
DFMEA，Process Flow，FAI，Control Plan，Design control，machine/tester buy off and GR＆R control.
Station at supplier site to perform process and line buy off at EVT＆DVT stage
Buy off supplier production line to make sure process，machine，design，tester and system in place and quality meet VPT expectation.
Access supplier design，process，engineering capability to confirm supplier have the capability to be AVL.
Work with Design＆Supplier on the component spec
Sig Sigma and Lean implementation
Monitor supplier PLC makes sure it had been followed and exits accordingly.
Understood supplier each process and perform cost breakdown by process
Job Requirements：
Bachelor Degree or Master at the related field
Had>5 years experiences in the Optics/Lens fields
Understand the camera module Lens component process flow and control plan
Able to help supplier to improve their process and quality yield
Prefer have the design back ground
Know how to buy off the components
Willing to travel and station at supplier site with short period notice
Have Six Sigma and Lean knowledge
