职位描述:
l Principle Accountabilities/duties：
l Responsible for supporting NPP Sourcing and supply base management strategies，policies and contracts for China，focusing on MRO spend.
l Work closely with site NPP teams to review and analysis spend and develop strategies that will drive synergy savings.
l Enforce supplier compliance
l Provide spend and savings reports
l Address sourcing issues and escalations for China region.
l Identify business trends and develop appropriate recommendations and strategies.
l Implement processes to reduce cost and optimise site satisfaction.
l Utilise internal systems including E-sourcing to perform project activity updates and Agreement approvals.
Job Requirements：
l Excellent oral and written skills with proficiency in English.
l Min 5 years experience in procurement and managing MRO commodity.Experience in solder commodity will be an advantage.
l Excel，powerpoint and other software skills.
l Proficiency in contract terms negotiations.
