职位描述:

Job Summary:

The procurement admin will be responsible for implementing and managing procurement systems,processes and
procedures to improve efficiencies and controls for client.working with the sourcing team to ensure service levels
are maintained on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of procurement technology and systems to streamline the buying processes,improve
controls and generate management information relating to spend and supplier performance.
Perform Sourcing support on request of onshore sourcing,i.e.Spend and Supplier analysis,Strategy
Development,complete Supplier Shortlist,Send RFQ,Evaluate Response,select supplier,legal create new
contract.
Assist the development,implementation and management of procurement policies and procedures to manage the
acquisition of all products and services from third party suppliers.
Process invoices in accordance with client invoicing procedures and controls to ensure the team achieve their
SLA targets
Ensure appropriate action is taken on invoices on hold and resolved as per the process requirements.
Ensure process documents are up-to-date and version control is applied as appropriate.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

A minimum of 2 year experience of working within a transactional procurement department.
Good interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and self-motivated:will plan,prioritise and deliver own work
Flexible and proactive
Good coordination and planning skills,well organized
Issue resolution and problem solving skills
PC(Windows,Word,Excel,PowerPoint)and/or other Requisitioning tools essential
Good written and spoken Japanese/Engllish skills
