Job Summary:
The Sourcing Support Specialist will be responsible for sourcing,negotiating,costing saving,agreement management,processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and controls for client.Create and operate a Customer Service Culture,Quality Control and Continuous Improvement business environment.Supporting Delivery Center Lead in managing relationships and governance structure between the Accenture Delivery Center and client.Coordinating the implementation of Quality,Control and efficiency improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate regular center/region wide service/operation reporting and meetings and document minutes to develop strong governance and partnership with external stakeholders(e.g.client).
Proactively liaise with client and Operation team when incidents(e.g.network disconnectivity,business disaster)or problems arise,assessing the business impact,and reaching the consensus of recovery or contingency plan.
Ensure escalated issues and incidents are properly tracked and timely responded.
In union with Global and/or Center Owner,drive the initiation and implementation of Quality Control,BCP(Business Contingency Plan)and Continuous Improvement Program.
Develop a sound understanding of the services provided to the client and the contractual obligation/commercial implication.
Assist Process Owners in documenting Change Requests where there are service scope,process or volume changes impacting contractual obligation or right.
Effectively coordinate internal and external audits and drive for satisfactory result.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
A minimum of 6 year experience of working within a transactional procurement department
Good coordination and planning skills,well organized
Thorough and structured approach to work
Issue resolution and problem solving skills
Standard procurement terms and conditions
PC(Windows,Word,Excel,PowerPoint)or other eRequisitioning tools essential
Good written and spoken Japanese skills;additional English
