Role Purpose:
Manage a defined portfolio of Multinational Customers on a country level and report to the head of BD.
Key Role Accountabilities Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.Plan&co-ordinate national sales activities to retain and develop sustaining sales revenue.Provide multinational customer account revenue and activity reporting,as required by Sales Management.Develop a working relationship with the relevant support sections e.g.Customer Service Group,Operations to ensure they are kept up to date with all issues relating to the MNC accounts.Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing client base so that the required personal sales results are achieved.Develop and implement a strategy to promote DHL Advantage programs and solutions to the assigned list of accountsDisplay strong skills in global customer analysis to ensure that all customer requirements are being fulfilled.Manage and co-ordinate the national sales activities of a group of MNC Accounts in order to retain and develop their revenue contribution.
Skills&Experience-Bachelor Degree above-Better is Taiwanese with Chinese working experience with 3 years logistic industry-Experience of major account handling(preferable)-Strong presentation skill
