Chengdu Branch Manager-for a global freight forwarding company
The Client：Our client is global freight forwarding company，and looking for a candidate with solid freight forwarding sales and operation experience including air freight，sea freight，logistics and domestic transportation.The Job：Responsibilities：l Develop the local market，set up the office step by step.L Define the sales strategy for the local marketl Lead and develop a resourceful and strong sales team able to deliver on targets with development potential.L Promote and market the brandl Specifically responsible for deciding；such as sales plans，priorities and targetsl Ensure Sales targets are met through a robust sales plan，SMART targets and sales resources.L Actively drive localized sales making it a competitive advantage towards our international competitionl Provide regular updates on market conditions and provide anticipated developments for same in order to promote proactive market approach.L Manage，supervise and provide leadership for all aspects of the Branch activities，driving implementation of commercial and operational strategies across forwarding products and clients.Lead and manage sales activitiesl Support staff rotation as a development tool，rotating within the Branch，as well as ensure take in rotated employees from other branches and corporate.L Please also refer to authority and approval rights as issues by Finance Functionl Support the company‘s core culture，strategy and vision，providing us with the ability to meet future requirements and achieve sustainable business results.L Establish relevant and sufficient procedures between the Finance and Execution organisations to enable effective cost and income control.The person：l 8＋years experience in freight forwarding industryl Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsl Solid business development experiece and network，good Operation experience in freight forwarding area.L Strong people management experiencel Organisational management skillsl Proven Negotiation skillsl Strong presentation and sales skillsl Passion，initiative toward customers and suppliers to develop new services with creativity and innovationl Previous organisational experiencel Fluent spoken and written English.
