Regional Sales GM-West and Central ChinaFor a global freight forwarding company Responsibilityl Lead and drive sales/business development across various cities/markets in West and Central China;l Conduct and provide in-depth market review on various provinces/markets,including competition and what/how key competitors are playing in West and Central China;l Assist in deriving key commercial assumptions;l Establish sales capabilities and ensure organizational scalability to enable growth;l Develop and follow up with new,potential key customers emerging in West and Central China;l Act as entry point for key clients,or/and KAMs for questions or/and ad-hoc projects that are commercially/business related;l Participate in external logistics conferences and marketing activities to promote the company and its offerings;l Assist in hiring field sales in conjunction with future branch managers and Head of Field Sales;l Contribute with candid,direct and honest inputs,suggestions and feedback to strategy and management decisions;l Provide training/induction to new hired field sales;l Set up and drive sales pipelines for future offices and sales force;l Ensure account receivables for the cluster are well managed and adhered to corporate/global credit policies;
Requirementsl A business/commercially acute,and market/customer oriented professional;l In depth knowledge and experience in Forwarding/Logistics industry,understand products/service offerings;l Fluent in Mandarin,and English;l Knowledge and network in West and/or Central China markets;l Result driven;l Excellent communication/interpersonal skills;
