职位描述:

Primary ResponsibilitiesA requirement to work Chinese business hours . Responsible for answering incoming calls and emails and verifying support agreements for Enterprise customers, taking responsibility towards specific language queues.Responsible for the administration of enterprise support agreements. Maintains customer contact records and ensures the customer has access to the various services provided. Responsible for the administration of the Virus Alerting Service and access to eService. Work closely with counterparts in other regions to set up global agreements. Responsible for the registration of all Partners in the partner support program. Assist customers with licensing issues, Upgrade Insurance, RMA requests and Contact Changes. Support and closely cooperate with our internal customers like Inside Sales, Technical Support and Order Services Group.Requirements :bachelor Certificate and /or equivalent. Fluent in Mandarin/Simplified Chinese, Fluent Korean/Traditional Chinese and English. 2-4 years customer service experience (telemarketing experience highly recommended).要求:大学本科以上学历,计算机相关专业韩语、英语熟练2-4年客户服务经验者优先优秀的表达能力和沟通能力
