Professional Qualification and Experience；
1. Bachelor‘s or Master’s in Logistics，Engineering，Computer Sciences or equivalent
2. Self starter，independent worker with superior problem solving skills
3. Strong proficiency in Windows，Minitab，Excel，Word，Visio and PowerPoint essential
4. Results-focused with strong organization skills and attention for detail
5. Working in Six Sigma Certified Black belt is a plus
Skills and Knowledge：
1. Must be passionate about process reengineering，process improvement，transforming businesses to become leaders and customer focused
2. Proven communication，facilitation，consulting and interpersonal skills
3. Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with ability to work under intense pressure，is a“go-getter”and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
4. High energy，motivated personality.
