职位描述:

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Works independent,reporting to the Business Unit Manager.Interfaces with all teams and functions,including engineering,manufacturing,sales/marketing,etc.Provides on-going progress updates.
Job Responsibility:
-Maintain a climate of urgency,build organizational momentum,and mobilize teams to implement changes to achieve objectives.-Lead the integration of team projects across all disciplines,ensuring implementation.-Coordinate and communicate with material suppliers on new materials or processes applicable to new products.-Align internal functions and outside suppliers to ensure that support for Master timing,test and validation plans,prototype needs and budgetary constraints are agreed and met.-Serve as prime point of contact for customer interface and status on new products being developed for alternative markets.-Lead the PROJECT TEAM to achieve its chartered purpose and desired outcomes.-Create and track the Master Gantt for the entire program;ensures all deliverables and milestones are met per customer request.-Create and track the Open Issues List for the entire program;Hold weekly and Bi-weekly meetings as necessary.-Ensure team participation and track to meet budgeted cost targets per plan.-Create,establish and ensure that the System and Component validation test plans(DVP&R)are met and that the end product meets or exceeds customer expectations as outlined in customer value proposition.-Encourage participation,ensure that all concerned are appropriately involved,create a stable working environment;clarify the decision-making process and track action items to closure.-Plan and track the PROJECT TEAM effort;achieve BETA milestones.-After project completes,lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvements which include but are not limited to:production control,establishing manufacturing priorities,coordination of activities with off-shift management and order shipments.Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work/processes are followed,countermeasures implemented and the area is compliant with safety requirements.


Qualifications:
-4 year BS or BA degree in engineering(mechanical or material preferred)or equivalent work experience.-5-7 years experience in project management in automotive industry-Experience with APQP and auto program launch-Rubber knowledge and experience are preferable-Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies-Project facilitator experience,proficient in presentation skills in a formal business setting.-Proficient in analyzing and breaking down data to drive decision making.-Good interpersonal,written,and verbal communication skills.-Superior follow-up and organizational skills.-Finance acumen-Negotiation Skills
