1，work with project team and vendors to handle and push procurement business.
2，help and assist technical communication between foreign engineers and vendors.
3，handle daily works between vendors and headquarter，that will cover technology，specification，production，shipping schedule，quality control，outsourcing.。。。。。
4，other tasks assigned by Project Manager and company.
Qualification：
1，Bachelor degree or above.Strong Engineering background and experience is needed.
2，excellent oral and writing English.TEM 4 or equivalent；
3，good records on responsibility，implementation and trust-worthy.
4，Positive and self-driven，good skills on communication，negotiation and coordination.
5，Team spirit and good to learn.
