Accountabilities
To report to the customer service supervisor of OLCL To coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects,which include,but not limit to,regular contact with customers,complete booking process as well as documentation service and system input To ensure zero defect of our documentation/data quality to our customers

Requirements University degree,preferably in logistics/transportation fields Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit CET-4,good command of both oral and written English Good knowledge in Microsoft applications Willing to work well under pressure.
