职位描述:
Duties:
1. Works in the DP&C Supply Chain team to coordinate POs, shipment status, general reporting, and logistics related communication and execution
2. Manages delivery issues with OEM suppliers for shipments to around the world, interfacing with suppliers, freight forwarders and the JCI regional hubs
3. Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports of order and shipping status to the global teams
Resolves operational issues relating to sourcing and the end to end supply chain under the DP&C LoB
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Management, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field from an accredited university.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in global OEM shipping coordination
Familiar with global trades and purchasing practice
Strong knowledge of Purchasing disciplines and best practices especially related to short lead time, build to order, competitive bid process, vendor evaluation and negotiations
Experience with China sourcing and dealing with the China-based OEM manufacturers
Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with suppliers while driving lower costs, superior performance and continuous improvement
Be able to effectively communicate in written and oral in both English and Chinese
Excellent people skills, project management skills, good business acumen and a team player
Proactive and result oriented
Ability to work in multi tasking and a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in MS applications including, but not limited to; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
