Responsibility
Develop and implement Supply Chain Management strategies to establish a regional supply base in line with global commodity strategies and local manufacturing requirements
Manage supplier relationships with C C Level Executive in regional suppliers providing products and services driving best in class quality,cost,and delivery
Assess market and technology requirements by commodity to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
Discover and establish a robust supply base for existing and new products
Establish business terms,agreements,and contracts with suppliers Conduct Value Chain Analysis to promote a supply chain design to deliver“should cost”
Support supply chain design model to enable Life Cycle Management
Manage a team of sourcing managers,project managers,engineers and analysts
Requirements:
BS(MS/MBA desired)in Business or Technical Degree related to Operations or Supply Chain Management
7-15 years in leadership role of supply chain development for finished products,setting business direction and managing results
Finish Product Management/HealthCare experience with knowledge of supply base desired
Executive relationship management with international experience desired and factory Operations Leadership is a plus?Supply Chain Management Professional association certifications desired:SCM,CPM,APICS
Skills in Professional Negotiations,Risk,and Contract Management and Project Leadership experience
Experience in Lean Supply and Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain Operations
Individual must possess proficient interpersonal and communication skills to interact cross functionally and with,external resources,and suppliers.
