职位描述:
Responsibilities：
-Lead a Procurement team＆guide the team members’daily operations；
-Verify the current process flow to identify＆eliminate the non value added activities；
-Continuous improvement with process optimization；
-Work with planners to ensure PR demands is transferred into PO demands timely；
-Ensure the materials arrival just in time；
-Work with suppliers to improve service level in Quality，Cost＆Deliveries；
-Maintain the inventory within target
Requirements：
1. College degree with technical background；
2. Good written and oral communication in English and Mandarin，Cantonese is a plus；
3. Good at PC skill，previous experience of using SAP system is an advantage；
4. Willing to work under pressure，be proactive，and result oriented；
5. Have a strong time management sense and habit；
6. At least 5 years relative purchasing experiences＆be familiar with the electronic component market.
