Position Title：Strategy PurchaserResponsibilities：
1.Request for quotes，negotiate prices，terms＆conditions，select suppliers and award contract
2.Review and authorize purchasing requisitions and purchasing orders within established limits of authority
3.Identify，research，evaluate and select suppliers that meet the organisation‘standards of price，quality，timing and reliability of supply
4.Analyse and benchmark suppliers bids and quotations
5.Communicate with vendors to resolve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies
6.Respond to escalated inquires，e.G.From user department
7.Maintain Purchasing data in ERP system
Requirements：
1.University degree
2.Good written and oral communication in English and Madarine，Cantonese is a plus；
3.Good at PC skill，previous experience of using MRP system is an advantage；
4.Willing to work under pressure，and has a patient personality and details mind；
5.Have a strong time management sense and habit；
6.At least two years relative purchasing experiences.
