Responsibilities:
1.Develop ideas/proposals for changing material specification or requirement in product design to reach cost reduction
2.Execute Cost-Cut and Design-to-Cost project and coordinate all project activities in cross-functional project teams on local and global base.
3.Handle communication between suppliers and Osram component center or R&D
4.Plan,monitor and report second source approval progress
5.Eliminate single source components
6.Support the phase-in of new suppliers and components
7.Identify and qualify new potential materials and suppliers
Requirements:
1.University graduated in Science and Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
2.Strong sense of responsibility
3.Strong team spirit and customer orientation
4.Proven ability to prioritize actions with strong follow-up abilities
5.Experience with SAP
6.Excellent communication skills with good English,both written and oral
