Responsibilities:
1. Lead day-to-day visit customers and distributors:
2. Develop & implement sales programs consistent with marketing/sales strategy:
3. Follow up the sales and after sales services
4. Develop Sales team members' skills on:
a. Effectively interfacing with customers
b. Effectively working with technical/marketing team
c. Reporting and giving presentations
Qualifications:
1. A minimum B.S. in Chemistry or related discipline.
2. A minimum 3 years sales experience in personal care industry.
3.Working experience in MNC is preferred.
4. Exceptional written and oral proficiency in English/Mandarin.
5. Willingness to travel.
6. Ability to work independently, but also possess good collaborative skills
7. Warm and self-motivating.
