职位描述:
Responsibility：
1.Identify and Develop potential suppliers，ensure they are assessed and selected in line with company expectation on quality，cost，cycle time，productivity，flexibility and services，aggressively drive the supplier qualification process.maintained the assigned commodity database
2.Cost analysis capability and negotiation skills，keep update on the competitiveness of supplier chain
3.Work out competitive RFQ in a timely manner；actively participate on samples qualification and pilot run
4.Achieve cost reduction target by identifying new qualified suppliers or optimizing the cost level of exiting supplier
5.To build up and develop the ongoing partnership relationship with strategic suppliers for assigned commodities，to remain**eims‘competitive advantage along the supply chain.6.Report to Strategic Sourcing Supervisor on day-to-day basis
Requirements
1.Dedicated to sourcing and supplier management for Electronic mechanical parts，including but not limit to PCB，PCBA，Fan，Moto，Power Supply，Filter，Breaker etc
2.Junior colleague degree or above with engineering or business background
3.2＋years fully time purchasing，sourcing and local supplier development experience on cable assembly products.4.Experience on low volume，high mix products for telecom，networking，industrial and automotive is a plus
5.With sound knowledge on materials，manufacturing process and cost analysis for electronic mechanical products
6.Well communicator，good negotiator and team player
7.Can use English as basis tool for email，engineering specification，and supplier process audit and take international conference call
8.Good in PC skills
9.Self-motivated，able to work under pressure with minimum supervision，to achieve the requested qualify of assigned tasks.
