POSITIONSUMMARY
BasedondirectionfromtheOfficeofthePresident,thispositionwillexecutefinancialandoperationauditsforallWAIlocationsworldwide.Thispositionwillalso,bydirectionoftheOfficeofthePresidentandincooperationwiththeGeneralCounselofWAI,bechargedwithoverseeingandprosecutinginternalcompanyinvestigations.ThispositionwillmanageWAIChinafinance,too.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIESareperformedwithstrictconfidentiality.Thedutiesofthisjobinclude,butarenotlimitedtothefollowing:
Performinternalcontroldocumentationofallfinancialsystems,processesandprocedures.
Collects,reviewsandanalyzesdata.
Providerecommendationsforchangesinaccountingcontrols.
Assistinwritingandcommunicatingnewaccountingcontrols.
Coordinatestheschedulingandactivitiesoftheexternalauditinggroups.
Developauditprocedures.
Reportauditresultstomanagement.
ManageWAIChinafinanceactivities,suchasreporting,accounting,etc.

QUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS
AMaster’sDegreeinAccountingorBusiness,CPAandMBApreferred.
Minimumexperienceof(5)fiveyearsofprogressiveexperienceconductinginternalauditsandinvestigationsinamulti-entity,multinationalmanufacturingand/oradistributionorganization.
Abilitytoparticipateinandfacilitategroupmeetings.
Positionrequirestheabilitytoworkautonomouslyandincompleteconfidentiality.
Abilitytoproducequalitymaterialswithintighttimeframesandsimultaneouslymanageseveralprojects.
Thispositionalsorequiresadetailedorientedapproach.
