职位描述:
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for Rosemount business development,project pursuits and MRO improvement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Work as a team member to develop and implement business plan for Rosemount business in some region or industry of South China.
-Investigate the business in customers
-Cultivate,build and maintain relationships with customers
-Work out and implement the business plan and action plan
-Coordinate sales pursuit with the sales engineers in the other offices or other department
-Coordinate with the Product Line Managers on developing market strategy and exercising discount schemes
2.Project Pursuits
-Implement best practices for strategic selling and Emerson project pursuit process
-Build up relationship with major customer‘s sales and Design institutes
-Develop and implement account plant for each major account
-Become a consultant sales engineer and can easily communicate with customer,design institute on technical issue

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Degree in Instrumentation/Process Control
2.Minimum 2 years experience in Process Control or Instrumentation environment;sales experience is preferred

4.Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations
5.Strong Communication Skills
