Report To:
Senior Sales Manager Regulator(Industrial)
Organization:Emerson Process Management China

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for Regulator business development,account management,project pursuits.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Work as team member to develop and implement business plan for Regulator business.
-Investigate the Regulator business in a concrete territory
-Work out and implement the business plan and action plan
-Keep an eye on competitor's activities on the territory
-Become a consultant and business partner who is the earliest contact point whenever the cunstomers/distributors have any issue

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Degree in Process Control/Oil&Gas Eng./Mechanical Eng./Chemical Eng.
2.Experience of sales channel management would be a plus
3.Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations
4.Good written and communication skills in both English and Chinese(Mandarin;Cantonese would be a plus)
