职位描述:

Purpose Of Position :
1. To communicate with overseas customer on foreccast, stock, order management
2. To make shipment arrangement, shipping Doc preparation. To work with customs agency, shipping forwarder, warehouse to keep the oversea ordered goods go smoothly. Control freight charges under budget.
3. To assistant to CS supervisor on daily work, order follow up etc.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseas order management,monthly forecast/sales/stock analysis and conclusions.
2. Weekly shipment schedule to warehouse and customs agency.
3. Export Documents preparation (packing list, truck details, invoice, certificate of original etc.)
4. Update daily salesreport, indicatorsand other reports by management assignment.

Position Requirements:
-College or above, major in International Trade is preferred. Good English in oral & written.
-Good communication skills
-Good at problem solving
-Good at time management
-More than 3 years experience in logistic & Supplier Chain or Customer Service
-Familiar with SAP application.
-Strong analytical skills.
