职位描述:

-POSITION OBJECTIVE
Drive the O&G Marine Industry business growth in China market
Coordinate the key account project pursuit
Lead the related business initiatives

-MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze the China Market by products,mainly focused on O&G Marine Industry,and develop growth strategies/business development plan in under penetrated segments
Develop/Maintain appropriate Sales Tools for sales force,such as presentation,application note,competitor comparison sheet,etc.
Assist in the launch of new products within assigned territory.
Generate bookings for the responsible products in order to meet the assigned booking target.
Cultivate,build and maintain relationships with customersin LNG Vessel,FPSO
Provide the company with information on the market and competitions.Generate projects lists and forecasts.
Complete other jobs assigned by Supervisor.

-JOB COMPETENCIES,AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
Self-motivation personality.Work under the pressure
Degree in Engineering/Instrumentation/Automation as basic requirement.
Sales background will be treat as value add
Minimum 2 years experience in LNG Vessel,FPSO
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Mature personality and innovative.
Establishment of contacts with key LNG Vessel,FPSO preferred.
Limited Supervision,need self motivated to achieve the goal
Basic competency required.Understand engineering matters easily.
Depth of experience needed to identify,qualify and pursue business opportunity.
Interaction with customers peers managers,etc.Co-ordination and negotiation skills need to close major project
Established relationships for facilitating the pursuit process.

-EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

Language skill:Fluent spoken and written English is preferred.
Computer skill:Effectively use Windows office software,such as Power Point,etc.
