Summary：
Manage and plan activities of Materials/Production planning and warehouse personnel engaged in planning，material handling，inventory controlling and receipt inspection by performing the following duties personally and through subordinate personnel.
Essential Duties＆Responsibilities：Manage the planning and warehouse function，manage subordinates and train them.Plan and control material flow in and out from warehouse，maintain optimum stock levels and inventory investment to support production schedules.Capacity planning for production in accordance with the rolling forecast to ensure we have appropriate installed capacity and high light gaps to senior management in a timely manner.Oversee and ensure the effective implementation，update＆maintenance of MAPICS ERP/MRP system.Manage regular cycle counting and drive accuracy to meet site annual goals.Provide Head Count Planning based on the capacity planning and generate monthly report.Work with day to day production scheduling，and collect daily output，WIP and finished goods data for the daily production meeting.Responsible to communicate with Customer Service Department to provide delivery commitment，review sales order traveler and ensure on time delivery target is achieved for each month.Generate Manufacturing Orders and track/update the status for all the open MO ensuring that the system is updated timely.Manage the planning system，drive MRP system to ensure the data entered from manufacturing department is accurate and in time.Interpret and transfer customer flexible delivery requirements to Purchasing Department，ensure material supplied just in time and in the right quantity.Attend the daily production meeting with all the WIP，FG accurate data collected by each day.Communicate and cooperate within the Production Department/Customer Service Department/Purchasing Department to fulfill the production plan to the right quantity on the right time.Continuously support operations team to reduce inventory，WIP，improve on time delivery，and eliminate waste with the concept of lean manufacturing.Other duties may be assigned as required.Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9000 requirements in the Materials planning and warehouse Department.Other duties may be assigned as required.Comply with ESH rules.
Qualifications＆Skills：
Bachelor‘s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in materials/production management in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work with mathematical concepts including probability and statistical inference.Good communication skills and teamwork player.Able to communicate successfully in English in both written and oral form.Computer literate.Ability to analyze and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of complex variables issues.Familiar with ERP system（MAPICS an advantage）。3 years of management experience is preferred.
