Responsibilities：
Lead the local shipping/warehouse/planning team to meet the deadline；
Develop staff competence to copewithchanges；Supervise the logistic team to drive process improvements，by lean tools，across the planning，shipping and logistics function；Review internal process to develop and implement logistics strategies and process improvement solution；Oversees the operations of flow of goods，including planning，management of shipping，warehouse，inventory，transportation，and custom declaration administration；Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated ERP systems with accurate data；Liaise with logistics suppliers to ensure the operation is efficient and cost effective；Implement EHS procedure at warehouse；Supervise warehouses for raw materials，consumables，finished goods，scraped materials and wastes；Monitoring the quality，quantity，cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.Requirements：University Graduate of minimum 6 years relevant experience in logistic and planning functions，which 3 years in supervisory level；Good connection with forwarders＆carriers；Excellent command of written and spoken English＆Mandarin；Mature，outgoing and able to work well under dynamic and demanding business environment；Good team player，leadership，presentation，communication and negotiation skills；Good experience in ERP system；Stable，Smart，Self-motivated，Aggressive；Sound knowledge and practical experience in planning，shipping，warehouses，customs and etc.
