职位描述:
Responsibilities：
1.establish and optimize the supply chain management system.
2.Actively develops and Manages，improves the processes within material value chain sub processes by analyzing performance and monitoring results for the sub processes for which they are responsible.
3.Leads continuous cost reduction/value improvement activity，focusing on Shareholder Value Added（SVA）。
4.Joint development of factory Strategic Sourcing Strategies with China Strategic Sourcing teams
5.responsible for procurement planning，implementation，supplier management，procurement of goods quality and cost control
6.Leverages and promotes global processes，tools，and best practices.
7.Responsible for proposal generation，evaluation and approval for new initiatives.
8.Leads Supply Chain Council activities and meetings
9.ensure that the procurement of various products are of excellent quality，enhance the quality value of the brand and promote market competition
10.collect the information of the domestic and foreign suppliers，develop and maintain the domestic supply］system，exploit supply channels broadly so as to ensure procurement supply is timely and stable
11.complete the negotiations on the purchase price at home and abroad，control procurement costs according to the project budget，and reduce the cost of existing products
12.ensure the arrival rate of procurement and quality requirements，responsible for the controlling management in the implementation of the procurement process so as to ensure that the procurement schedule meets the needs of demand-side
13.Provides personnel management responsibilities to all supply chain personnel within regional responsibility.
Requirements：
1.Bachelor‘s degree in a related field，master’s degree preferred.
2.more than eight years FMCG or related industry experience in the supply chain
3.7-10 years experience in a similar position
4.excellent negotiation skills and communication skills 5.strong abilities in team coordination and leading
6.familiar with computer operation.
7.Ability to be an effective leader to local，regional and global teams as well as lead unit cross functional teams.
8.Leverage supplier expertise and resources in order to bring innovative ideas，products and processes.
