LED Engineer
Job description：
-Electrical design，simulation，optimization and realization of prototypes of electronic circuits and modules for LED lighting sources and component-based and modular
-Optical implementation of LED light sources into new concepts for lighting，LED components，LED modules，etc.
-Working with engineering department to develop new LED lighting fixtures
-Cooperate with the production department in the implementation of new manufacturing lanterns
-Continuous cooperation with the production department in introducing new concepts into LED production
-Monitoring trends in LED，OLED，nanotubes，in lighting technology etc.
-Monitoring update light of technical standards
-Communication with external suppliers/partners to solve technical problems
Requirements：
-Bachelor degree in electricity，semi-conductor，concerning domains or related technical discipline
-Experience in electrical and lighting products design and development
-At least 3 years work experience in the LED industry in both technical design and applications engineering roles
-Strong knowledge of LED technology and components
-Good knowledge on PCB chip developing
-Knowledge of industry practices and materials commonly used for LED packages
-Solid understanding of both product manufacturing＆sales processes
-Self motivator and desire to accomplish goals
-Keen interests in lighting equipment
-Good written＆spoken English communication skill
-Proficient in MS Office applications，like MS Word，Excel
-Willing to travel often in China
LED MerchandiserJob description：-Source new items and products of LED lighting products to meet the need of the new product development.Negotiate the price，terms and sign the main sourcing contracts with vendors as required；-Strive to identify key cost saving opportunities；-To develop and implement the purchasing procedures and systems；-To formulate，maintain，review suppliers‘performance，identify preventative and corrective actions where necessary；-Assist other relevant departments to better understand the demand for product spec，quality，price and supply；-Develop competitive alternatives to the existing products and suppliers.Build and maintain good relationship with the approved suppliers；-Work and support together with R＆D and sales in developing effective product range for Company marketing.
Requirements：-Bachelor degree in commerce international or concerning-At least 3 years work experience in the LED lighting purchasing-Team player with demonstrated strong skills in supplier management and negotiation-Good knowledge on LED products’technical information，production procedure and supplier panel-Strong computer skills-Microsoft Excel，Word，PowerPoint and web search ability-Excellent written＆spoken English communication skill-Good problem solving and negotiation skills are required-Result-oriented，analytical and independent；Initiative，ready to take up challenges and an intense desire-It will be an advantage if there are the sourcing experience in LED lighting products-Willing to travel often in China
