＋College Education.
＋Minimum 5 year working experience in purchasing.
＋Min 2-3 year supplier development and management experience in Foreign owned company.
＋Experience in electronics，semi-finished commodity is preferred.
＋Auto Industry and Real Technical background is welcome.
＋Knowing basic techniques of electronic components，PCB线路板，PCBA装有元器件的线路板，cable电线，LCD发光二极管 manufacturing process etc.
＋Self learner/quick learner/self starter/self challenging/self Discipline.
＋Read，Write，Speak perfect English with professionalism.
＋Must be very strong in all negotiations.

2/机械五金件采购工程师Qualification
1.Education：Bachelor‘s Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or Business English preferred.
2.Experience：5 years experience in Mechanical Sourcing，familiar with casting and machining process（iron，aluminum etc）
3.English（written and oral）：Written and reading as a necessary，English speaking fluently will be a plus.
4.Computer skills：Strong working knowledge，experience with and proficiency in MS office software（Word，Excel，PPT，Project.。。）。Knowledge of CAD and Pro-E is must.
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for all commercial issues with suppliers in area of responsibility that includes but is not limited to：technical capability，quality，terms＆conditions，volume pricing，flexibility and responsiveness.
2.Continuous search of new alternative suppliers and manufacturers jointly with Component Engineering for total cost improvement and flexibility.
3.New supplier assessment，development and qualification jointly with Supplier Quality Engineering.
4.Supply base integration，consolidation and optimization，develop relationship with strategic suppliers.
5.Report consolidated and summary key target on a monthly basis to Sourcing Manager.
6.Analysis of new product BOM costing.
7.Participate in the periodic（annual）component quoting process for suppliers in ones regions and area of responsibility on a global basis and share the information with the regional staffs.
8.Facilitate the Supplier survey process for suppliers on a global basis and share the information with the regional staffs on findings.
9.Manage product project materials in design，prototype and pilot run phases.
10.Monitor key commodities market trend and availability.
