Respinsibilities＆Tasks-To　take　over　contract＆quotation　transferred　from　sales　for　filing，management　and　further　processing.-To　handle　all　P＆S　orders　in　SAP　system（sales，purchase，logistics　modules　etc.）-To　contact　supplier（mainly　VPR/VPTR/DiBuy）for　PO　confirm，delivery　schedule，as　well　as　shipping　preparation＆doc.Based　on　individual　contract　articles　with　customer.（For　local　parts，coordinate　for　local　purchasing　activities）-To　clarify　queries　and　solve　urgent　request/claim　from　customer　at　any　time，to　advise　customer　of　shippment　and　prepare　required　doc.In　time.-To　Facilitate　customs　clearance＆transportation，prepare　doc.For　L/C　negotiation　and　payment　to　supplier.-Responsible　for　monthly　OI　report　and　maitainance　of　P＆S　sales　data.

Requirements＆Qualifications-2years　related　work　experience-Fluent　English/German；-Skillful　in　using　PC　and　relevant　software-Has　basic　knowledge　of　international　trade，import＆export　business
