职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1. Look for potential suppliers that can meet Avery's requirements.
2. Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier visits and audits, support supplier selection according to established procedures.
3. Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Engineering and Supplier chain team for early product development for sourcing activity.
4. Project management, implementation, tracking and reporting, in order to support new product development activities and product transition, sampling, prototype, tooling etc.
5. Prepare RFQ and collect preliminary quotes from multiple suppliers.
6. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the good partnership with the suppliers.
7. Develop and update supplier database for current and potential suppliers.
8. Collect new products/ideas from existing supplier periodically to support business growth.
9. Travel to Office Products locations, suppliers, and other locations as needed.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, Engineering background is plus.
2. 3+ years' sourcing/procurement, Engineering or supplier quality functional related working experience is preferred.
3. Broad product and process knowledge, including plastic, metal, printing etc.
4. Familiar with manufacture process, product development, testing and application.
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, able to read technique and engineering specification in English.
6. Familiar with AutoCAD design tool, proficient with Excel, PowerPoint software, Microsoft project and Lotus Notes as preferred.
7. Self driving and results Oriented. Teamwork spirit.
