此职位为14个月临时职位(表现好可转正)上班地点:苏州工业园区苏虹西路35号,有班车

Purpose of the position

1.Be the first contact window and act as escalation contact to the customer
2.Provide a pro-active and comprehensive service to the customer in all aspects of import and export freight forwarding services provided by Panalpina
3.Optimization of the processes according to the instructions and guidelines from the direct superior
4.Fulfillment of the transportation demand from the customer within the agreed boundaries in a cost efficient and optimal way on a local level but in the interest of the complete PA Group

Key Tasks

Operation:80%
1.Responsible for all freight forwarding activities required by customer on site(air/sea/logistics)
2.Call forward coordination and service decision that meets the customer requirements and maximizes profit for Panalpina
3.Attend to all customers’enquiries via the telephone,fax or email,and to respond timely and accurately to their queries
4.Make the booking with the Procurement&Consolidation/Gateway
5.Liaise with customer on local transport arrangements,warehouse staff for self delivery shipment and trucker for pick-up arrangement when required
6.Support the resp.Document Processing with the creation of forwarding documentation required by customer in accordance to compliance of all import/export regulations i.e.Certificate of Origin/LC shipment etc where applicable
7.Verification of the completeness and accuracy of all documents
8.Follow up for missing documents with origin station and/or the customer
9.Ensure all security requirements and procedures are met and adhered to
10.Follow-up on orders taken and advice/update customers on their shipment status and details immediately upon receiving shipment details.
11.Gain information from the customer regarding upcoming inbound shipments C communicate with Document Processing
12.Adhere to all customer specific SOPs and standard processes published in IMS
13.Communicate and resolve with the customer on exceptions and incidents C invoice,service,irregularities
14.Highlight or update any irregularities or problems to Superior for corrective action and measures
15.Promote,present and adhere to Panalpina’s professionalism and policies at all times.
16.Backup of team members as required
17.Perform other duties as assigned

Administration:20%
1.Create and maintain a cordial business relationship with customers,operations and sales staff through regular feedback sessions and communication
2.Update relevant internal/external application(s)
3.Attend customer introductory and ad hoc meetings at the request if required
4.Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
5.Prepare monthly reports as per customer’s requirements(if any)
6.Provide accurate customer reports on a timely basis
