Job Description：
1.Send shipping advice to overseas stations
2.Interface with subcontractors/internal stakeholders
3.Check shipping documents
4.Documentation processing
5.Invoicing/verification and posting of incoming invoices
6.Follow SOP and quotation/billing instruction
7.Job costing
Requirements＆Skills
Full time working from Mon to Fri，6 months services（六个月服务期）。
Self-organized（prioritize，plan，execute，self-control）
Good communication ability
Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese
