最低学历：本科专业要求：高分子材料工作经验：八年以上招聘人数：1名任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree,major in material background.
2.8 working experience,one year at least should be in automotive company.
3.Strong background and experience in plastic molding,plastic tooling design would be plus.
4.Be skilled in statistical quality control tools for process/product controls,such as PPAP,SPC,MSA,FMEA,and Control Plan.
5.Good analytical and problem solving skills,familiar with 8D.six sigma GB is preferred.
6.Should have the ability to prioritize assignments.
7.Strong interaction and communication skills with the supplier.New Supplier Assessment
1.Evaluates potential contract manufacturers on their quality systems and manufacturing capability,makes recommendations on their ability to perform to Casco standards and expectations.
2.Supplier APQP process management for Suzhou and LCR project,include the product specification review,on site process audit,PPAP approval and run at rate.
3.Work with engineering to deal with the quality issue from the supplier side
Existing Supplier Management/Development
4.Annual supplier assessment and training for their development.
5.Identifies and reports supplier quality problems and trends analysis in the assigned area or product based on data from a variety of sources.
6.Evaluates nonconforming material and initiates containment and corrective actions to supplier with 8D report.Documents quality issues and trends/establishes prioritized improvement plans.
7.Work with high risk supplier(Quality)to improve the supplier performance.
8.Defines,develops and determines appropriate incoming inspection,creates incoming inspection work instructions.
9.Responsible for creating/approving(along with Engineering)any boundary samples(appearance,go/no go gages,etc.)
10.Ensures that supplier process,material,equipment or engineering changes meet Casco requirements.
11.Other tasks assigned by manager.
