职位描述:

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for RAS project pursuit,business development and key account management in China Oil&gas market.Based in Urumqi and cover Northwest region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To meet agreed trade booking target for the RAS product and Systems.
2.To acquire and develop personal knowledge of the RAS products to act function as advisor/consultant to your assigned accounts.
3.Deliver customer appropriate RAS application and solution.Visit end user and present RAS solutions to meet customer requirement.
4.Develop production business in assigned region in Northwest China.
5.Work with RAS other sales engineers and Channels seamlessly to grow RAS China business.
6.Project Pursuits
-Build robust project funnel
-Implement best practices for strategic selling and Emerson project pursuit process
-Provide synergy with other division/regionalization,in project pursuits,where required.

SCOPE
1.SCADA Systems,RTU,Flow Computer,Preset Batch Controller and Software.
2.Oil&gas Production,Transmission and Downstream.
3.Northwest China-Xinjiang and Qinghai province.

JOB COMPETENCIES
1.Understand Natural Gas&Oil flow measurement knowledge and automation.
2.Must be persevering,have a strong inclination and attitude towards the provision of good sales,and service
3.Must have strong communications skills,both verbal and written.
4.Have knowledge in Flow Computer,SCADA system,Batch Controller would be an advantage.
5.A Team player-Willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations
6.Drive for result,Business Acumen,Dealing with Ambiguity

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree in Measurement,Automation or relative.
2.At least 5 years direct sales and project pursuit experience in Oil&gas industry.Experience on SCADA RTU,Flow Computer and Batch Controller would be an advantage.
3.Good Written and Oral English.
4.Willing to travel
