KEY　DUTIES　AND　RESPONSIBILITIES：
*Manage　a　dedicated　trucking　cross　docking　center　to　meet　budget.
*Appraise　all　direct　reports　in　accordance　with　the　company‘s　requirements.
*Train，lead　and　monitor　the　operation　staff　of　the　branch；
*Monitor　the　implementation　of　the　SOP　in　the　operation　department　and　operation　execution；
*P＆L　responsibility
*Cooperated　with　the　business　units　and　or　the　business　partner/agents
*In　charge　of　the　daily　operational　issues　of　the　branch.
*Assure　appropriate　staffing　and　training
*Assure　the　correct　and　full　use　of　enabling　IT　applications*Lead　and　develop　teamwork　culture，motivate　team　spirit　and　maintain　high　morale　of　staff　to　increase　productivity
*To　be　responsible　for　all　aspects　of　the　day　to　day　operation
*Ensure　the　required　levels　of　personnel　and　resources　within　the　transport　functions　are　sufficient　and　maintained　enabling　the　completion　of　all　daily　work　tasks
*To　ensure　that　the　agreed　client　KPI’s　are　met　and　reported　on　a　weekly　basis/monthly　basis　to　client.
*Enforce　security　and　work　safety　measures　and　controls　in　the　Cross　docking　Center　and　transportation　network
*Analyze　the　reports　on　operational　performance　and　field　discrepancies；propose　plans　or　ideas　for　operation　and　process　improvement　to　superior
*Improve　continuously　cost　efficiency　and　effectiveness　of　processes　and　information　flows　to　achieve　cost　saving
*Conduct　internal　operations　review

REQUIREMENTS：
*University　degree　or　equivalent，preferably　in　Business　Management.
*About　7　years　experience　in　logistics　or　trucking　industry
*Comprehensive　knowledge　about　trucking　operation　procedure
*Strong　planning　and　implementation　skills，attention　to　details；
